What to do if the balloon does not fly?
Weather factors such as wind, rain and temperature can affect the opening, closing and duration of the balloon flight.
If the balloon does not fly on the day of your visit, your tickets are valid for 2 years
The validity of tickets purchased online is two years from the date chosen to fly. In case of not being able to make the flight due to weather or operational reasons, the same ticket can be used within its validity period. You do not need to do anything, just come back another day with the same ticket.
